New American Express Mirror Platinum Card - How to get it
American Express just launched their refreshed Platinum card and one of the most exciting parts is the new special edition "mirror" design. Supposedly this new design is only for a limited time, so you probably shouldn't wait.
Even if you are an existing card holder, you can still swap your existing card for this new design.
I'll list out the step-by-step instructions below:
1. Log into your American Express account and click "Account Services" in the header.
2. Now select "Card Management"
3. Go to the section that says "Manage This Card" and select "Change Card Design." You will be directed to the "Order a Replacement Card" page.
4. Amex makes it super convenient with an option to replace your existing card because "I want to change my Card's design"
5. Now you're finally at the page to pick your card design. Choose "Mirror" and Amex will send you a new Platinum card in the Mirror finish.
6. If your replacement order is successful, you will receive a confirmation page. When I tried it, the delivery date was already scheduled for October.
That's it! You have successfully ordered an new American Express Platinum card in the mirror finish.
