The eye-pleasing decor includes handmade Tasmanian furniture, tactile throws, cushions and sheepskins, and a colour scheme in keeping with the the island’s wilderness. Photography of Tasmania by renowned photographer, Derek Henderson, decorates these rooms. Shower-toting bathrooms feature dark-green herringbone tiles, matt-black fittings and Grown Alchemist products. Each room has a TV, iPod dock, Huon Valley apples upon arrival and a minibar with local snacks. There’s also air-conditioning, kettle, tea and coffee kit, slippers, iron and board, pillow menu.
