Sea View Pool Villa

Each of these two-bedroom villas is on the verdant hillside, looking out to the Arabian Sea. Designed to be distinctly eco friendly, they’re built in the spirit of tropical modernism, with high ceilings and open-sided living rooms to keep them naturally cool. In each, the living room is open plan, with a sitting area, kitchenette and direct access to the sea-facing terrace and infinity pool. The pitched ceiling and lounge furniture are made from coconut timber, a renewable material that grows abundantly nearby. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, a private terrace with sea views, and a grand ensuite bathroom with two entrances, twin sinks and a walk-in rainfall shower. The villa also has butler service; a fridge stocked with wine and beer; free WiFi; a flatscreen TV; iPod dock; kitchenette with a coffee machine; tea and a kettle; and organic bath products by Ayca. A cot (free) or extra bed (free for under-12s) can be added to any villa on request. For adults and children over 12, an extra bed is INR3000 a night on the B&B rate, or INR6000 a night on the premium package (which includes all meals).
