Also nicknamed ‘the surfer’s hideout’, this 250sq ft room sits on the ground floor just below the kitchen (there may be some disturbance as the chefs go about their business) and faces the mountains rather than the ocean. It’s best suited to those who’ve planned serious surf sessions or to go exploring during the day. Wood, wicker and natural materials (such as luxe Bellino Italian linens) give it an organic beachy feel, and there’s a queen-size bed and a bathroom with a bath tub and walk-in shower. Plus there’s a TV, minibar stashed full of local treats, bathrobes from Parachute Home, air-conditioning, free bottled water, Grown Alchemist bath products and free WiFi. Guests will get two free Pacificos on arrival too.
