Balcony Room

Each of these 46sq m rooms has vast, timber-framed windows and a private balcony overlooking the pine-studded Neyphu Valley. The simple yet elegant interiors are modern but full of nods to traditional Bhutanese craftsmanship – patterned wall hangings, ornate woodwork and bright fabrics add a finishing flourish. Each has a king-size, four-poster bed, a seating area and an ensuite bathroom with a freestanding bath tub and a walk-in rain shower. There’s also free WiFi, a minibar, tea and coffee kit, free bottled water, bespoke bath products by Kimrica Hunter and handmade soaps by all-natural Bhutanese brand Mudra. A flatscreen TV can be added on request.
