Small

If you plan on exploring the city, but you want to snooze comfortably, these 13–14sq m rooms fit the bill. Design studio SPACE Copenhagen has picked a palette inspired by Danish painter Vilhelm Hammershøi’s restful minimalist works (we’re sure you’re familiar, but just in case that’s white, grey and black). There’s a super-soft queen-size bed, dressed in high-quality linens, and the ensuite bathroom has a walk-in rainfall shower, brass and gold accents, handmade Italian tiles and underfloor heating. All rooms are air conditioned, and each has a TV, minibar, tea- and coffee-making kit, free WiFi, and I Love Eco toiletries.
