Decked out in dove grey and lilac, with wooden floors, beamed ceiling and white walls, these light and airy rooms (34–39sq m) are spread over two levels. On the upper floor, there’s a bed framed with an artfully tarnished silver headboard, and they’re topped with bouncy mattresses and Egyptian cotton linens. The ensuite leads off from there, with an oversize rainfall shower twin sinks and an elegant faux fresco on the walls. Characterful design details throughout include mounted toy ships, retro spotlights and a rotary phone on a bedside table crafted from a tea chest. On the lower level there’s a sitting room, and all rooms have a Bluetooth-enabled 42” flatscreen TV, WiFi, a minibar, bathrobes and Prija bath products. Extra beds (€120 a child, a day) and cots (free) can be added on request.
