Crafted from tropical wood, with traditional Sumbanese decor – thatched roofs, wicker furnishings, Ikat prints – these 230sqm two-storey villas overlook lush greenery and the Indian Ocean. There’s a thatched living and dining balé with a full kitchen, and a decked area with a combined pool and chilled plunge pool. This building also has a library, a cantilevered ocean-view master bedroom, with an ensuite and a terrace with a day-bed and an outdoor bath tub. Other villas have different arrangements: some have a private pool and lounging area on the veranda, some have bedrooms with terraces and villa number 2 is very special, with a private waterfall and massage cave. All have a minibar, coffee machine and kettle, free WiFi and natural bath products. Extra beds for up to two children (6 to 11 years old) can be added on request for an extra charge and one cot for an infant can be added for free.
