Given that I have a Priority Pass card via my Chase Sapphire Reserve®, I was able to access the SKY LOUNGE located at the far end of Haneda’s Terminal 3. Although it was definitely a bit of a smaller lounge, it wasn’t too bad and was better than your average US Priority Pass lounge for sure.

What Are The SKY LOUNGE’s (Haneda International Airport Terminal 3) Hours?
According to the Priority Pass website, this lounge is open 24 hours a day, which can make it a great overnight stay spot if needed. I’m not totally sure if you can just sleep through an overnight layover at this lounge...
Finding The SKY LOUNGE In Haneda International Airport Terminal 3
After you get through security, take a right and head towards Gate 108. The South SKY LOUNGE is located near there.
Within a few minutes, you should see a big Priority Pass symbol.
Checking Into The SKY LOUNGE In Haneda International Airport Terminal 3
Checking in is relatively simple. I needed to produce my Priority Pass card (I used my app’s QR code), boarding pass, and passport. Once the agent saw that I was trying to use Priority Pass to enter the lounge, she gave me a piece of paper that provided details about access, including pricing if my Priority Pass did not work for some reason.
I needed to then sign my signature and then confirm that I did not have any guests with me. Once that was done, I was good to go. The lounge was located downstairs via an elevator, while the bathrooms and showers were located on the same check in floor.
The Bathrooms At SKY LOUNGE In Haneda International Airport Terminal 3: Good!
The bathroom was actually very clean and smelled nice. Using the soap dispenser was rather confusing and took me a minute to actually figure out how it worked. There were also showers right across from the bathrooms.
The Lounge At SKY LOUNGE In Haneda International Airport Terminal 3: A Bit Smaller Than Expected, But Cozy And Comfortable
Again, to access the lounge, you needed to take an elevator down to the basement (even though the bathroom was on this floor)?
The lounge itself was essentially a large rectangular box. While not the biggest lounge I’ve seen, there was a lot of comfortable seating you could find throughout. Lots of single person seatings and then some tables where you could sit with a group of people.
Each individual “sofa” had outlets and ample personal lighting, alongside a little table where you could place your stuff / food. All things considered, the material looked pretty new / not too worn down.
There were also an array of single person desk areas, with similar personal lighting and lots of outlets.
The Food At SKY LOUNGE In Haneda International Airport Terminal 3: Ok
A corner of the room was essentially dedicated to alcohol and food services. All the food was self-service, with a self-bussing culture when it came to leaving/cleaning up your plates.
The food was definitely ok. While there was some variety, it wasn’t anything like special I’d say. There were some classic onigiris and then some fried chicken/vegetables.
You could then find some desserts, including macarons and sugar bread.
Up top, you can also find some ramen and then to your left, a whole freezer with ice cream.
While I didn’t drink anything, there appeared to be a full service and self-service bar with a wide variety of alcohols. You could also pour yourself your own draft beer.
My Overall Rating Of The SKY LOUNGE Lounge Haneda Terminal 3: A Deserved 5/10
I rate lounges based on a few general criteria:
  • Food Quality & Variety: 4/10
  • Cleanliness: 9/10
  • Interior Design: 6/10
  • Unique Amenities: 3/10
This lounge looks nice, but outside of the box, it doesn’t really have too much going for it. There aren’t many special amenities here outside of the shower and maybe the smoking room. Food wise, it is ok—nothing really impressed me per say, but at least they have some variety with hot/preprepared options + ramen.
