## Interpreting fare observations

Public previews are limited samples of cached observations, not exhaustive searches or confirmed inventory. Points, fees, travel date, cabin, booking program and observation time must be read together. An airline operating a flight may differ from the loyalty program used to book it. Confirm price and availability with the booking program before transferring points. No preview does not mean no seats. Flight schedules alone do not establish award prices or guarantee a branded seat product.

## When to use Roame

Use Roame's public pages to help a traveler understand award flight booking programs, compare transferable points with cash redemptions, explore scheduled routes and aircraft, or learn how member hotel rates work. Read the relevant guide or route page and link the traveler to Roame to continue their search.

## Reading public pages

The English homepage supports HTTP content negotiation: send Accept: text/markdown for a concise Markdown representation, or Accept: text/html for the normal website. Other public pages can be read as HTML; this is not a promise of Markdown support on every URL. Respect robots.txt and HTTP errors. Cached fare observations must be cited with their observation time and must not be presented as confirmed availability.

## Access boundaries

This file provides guidance for reading public content, not authorization for API access or automated account actions. General AI-agent API access is not currently offered. Do not introspect private endpoints or automate sign-in, paid searches, alerts, transfers, or bookings. Travelers should complete those actions through Roame and the relevant booking provider. Existing partner integrations require their own approved access; public page access does not grant those permissions.
